March Book Madness - Voting for Championship Match Starts Today (March 29)

 Congratulations to the two authors/books moving onto the Championship Game for March Book Madness.

The two authors/books moving onto the Championship Game are:

• Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien
• Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank

Good luck to both authors/books during the Championship Match.

Voting for the Championship begins today March 29 and ends April 1.

The winner of March Book Madness will be crowned on Friday April 2 at 11 am on Instagram. The Ort Library’s Instagram account is: @frostburg_library.

As a reminder, this year we looked back to our past seven contests. We took 64 books from 2014-2020 that made it to the Sweet 16 (minus the winners) and are going to have them compete once again to give them a second chance.

 Congratulations to all the authors/books that are moving onto the FINAL FOUR in March Book Madness. These last two games will determine who makes it to the championship match. Every vote counts! Make sure you are voting for your favorites.

Voting for the Final 4 begins today March 23 and ends March 26.

Congratulations to all the authors/books that are moving onto the Elite 8 in March Book Madness. This is where the competition gets harder as we had some very close games during the Sweet 16.
