Featured Online Resource - French Revolution Digital Archive

http://frda-stage.stanford.edu/

This week’s Featured Online Resource is the French Revolution Digital Archive (http://frda.stanford.edu/?locale=en). The website is a collaboration between Stanford University and the Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF) to digitize and make available resources – both documents and images – from the French Revolution. You can search by timeline, people, document type, and images.

The text resources cover the years of 1787 – 1794. There approximately 14,000 images that have been scanned for researchers use. The site is available in both English and French.

Every week, the Ort Library brings you a new and outstanding resource from the Web or from one of the library's databases. To get an archive of all FOR entries, click here. Also, you can suggest a website that provides well-organized access to useful info.
