Featured Online Resource: Crocodoc

This week’s Featured Online Resource is Crocodoc (http://personal.crocodoc.com) which allows users to view PDFs, MS Office documents, and images all from within the Crocodoc website.  Additionally, the website allows you to add comments, highlights, and drawings to any document or image, including PDFs.  It allows a group to collaborate in real-time to comment on a document.  This website is free to sign up and according to the website it helps to alleviate the “need to e-mail attachments back and forth, print, and pass around hard copies” (About Us, 2011, para. 1).

Every week, the Ort Library brings you a new and outstanding resource from the Web or from one of the library's databases. To get an archive of all FOR entries, click here. Also, you can suggest a website that provides well-organized access to useful info.
