FSU Hosts Maryland AUN Coordinator

Chasen introduced improvements incorporated with the new platform design. FSU Providers answer online questions during five one hour slots per week with one hour devoted to Global Chat coverage.

Statewide Coordinator Visits FSU

Paul Chasen (far right) Coordinator for Maryland AskUsNow (AUN) service visited the Ort Library on August 23 to meet with campus providers and to provide an onsite training session.

Theresa Mastrodonato (center) serves as campus liaison for the service. Providers: Krista McKenzie, MaryJo Price, Theresa Mastrodonato, Pam Williams and Dr. Sean Henry contribute service hours.

AskUsNow is a global 24/7 chat reference service. During FY 2017, AUN providers answered 244 questions from FSU students in addition to answering questions from statewide and global library patrons.
